Horehronie<\/strong> and Central Slovakia<\/strong> are among the top destinations for SKI MOUNTAINEERING<\/strong>:
\nThe ski mountaineering area CHOPOK SOUTH<\/strong> \u2013 below the mountain ridge from the peak Dere\u0161e<\/strong> to M. R. \u0160tef\u00e1nik Chalet<\/strong>. A southern exposure bordered on the west by the ridgeline Dere\u0161e – Oblaz<\/strong>, and on the east by the Trango\u0161ka<\/strong> valley. Including the ski mountaineering corridor around Chata pod \u010eumbierom<\/strong> (Kozie Chrbty<\/strong> and the end of Zelensk\u00e1 Mlynn\u00e1 cesta<\/strong>). The ski mountaineering area KR\u00c1\u013dOV\u00c1 HO\u013dA<\/strong> – bordered on the north and east by the road \u0160umiac – Kr\u00e1\u013eova ho\u013ea and the red hiking trail no. 0801 Telg\u00e1rt – Kr\u00e1\u013eov\u00e1 ho\u013ea, and on the west by the line of the saddle between Kr\u00e1\u013eova ho\u013ea and Stredn\u00e1 ho\u013ea – the Vy\u0161n\u00e9 Rovienky ridge.<\/p>\n

You can rent ski mountaineering equipment at SKI \u0160port Bystr\u00e1<\/strong> (www.sbsport.sk<\/a>), Activeplanet Skialp Point<\/strong><\/a>
\nM\u00fdto pod \u010eumbierom<\/strong>, on the premises of Motorest \u010certovica<\/strong><\/a> as well as at Mountain Chalet under Kr\u00e1\u013eova ho\u013ea<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kr\u00ed\u017ena<\/strong> – starting points Tureck\u00e1<\/strong> (Sala\u0161ky<\/strong>) or Star\u00e9 Hory<\/strong> section Ryb\u00f4<\/strong> (marked on maps as Rybie), descent along the former ungroomed lift line. Donovaly<\/strong> – 3 marked routes, 2 of them start directly from the village, the third route goes through the \u017darnovka<\/strong> valley. All routes lead to Mount Zvolen<\/strong>, from where you can descend directly into the village or continue to the groomed Nov\u00e1 Ho\u013ea<\/strong> ski slope.<\/p>\n

\n– from the Fuggerov Dvor hotel to Sel\u010diansky diel<\/strong> and back,
\n– in the Podkonice Ple\u0161e<\/strong> ski resort.<\/p>\n

They will gladly rent you ski mountaineering equipment in Bansk\u00e1 Bystrica – ACTIVE PLANET OUTDOOR CENTRUM<\/a><\/strong>, SKI NI\u0147AJ<\/strong><\/a> or at 3 Mountain Sport<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bansk\u00e1 \u0160tiavnica<\/strong> offers little for ski touring, as you can experience the view of snow-covered mountains from a different perspective only outside the operating hours of the Salamandra Resort<\/strong> ski resort. Although you will not find official routes in the Gron<\/strong> region, dedicated ski mountaineers go to the peak Vt\u00e1\u010dnik<\/strong> (a longer and more demanding route) and to Ve\u013ek\u00fd Inovec<\/strong> (the marked route is easy). The route leads around the Drozdovo<\/strong> ski resort, where you can refresh yourself. Similarly, below the summit of Ve\u013ek\u00fd Inovec<\/strong> you will come across a chalet with refreshments.<\/p>\n
